  • Replacement Tenant Accepted
    If a tenant wishes to leave the tenancy early, they are required to find a suitable replacement tenant. The tenant will remain liable for rent until the replacement tenant signs a new agreement. An administration fee of £50 applies if the tenant finds their own replacement, or £100 if the replacement is found through advertising support.
  • Extenuating Circumstances
    Requests to leave the tenancy early due to exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. This may include serious illness, disability, pregnancy, medical treatment, serious illness of a close family member, death of a tenant, or other genuinely exceptional circumstances. Supporting evidence must be provided, and all decisions are final.
