    Students are given a Cooling-Off Period which allows them to cancel their booking if their plans change. The Cooling-Off Period is 7 calendar days from the date of the Booking Confirmation email. If a booking is made on or after 1st August for the academic year starting in September, the Cooling-Off Period is reduced to 48 hours from the time the Tenancy Agreement is signed.     If a student does not achieve the required grades to start their university course (including any foundation year): They may request to cancel their tenancy by emailing the Property Manager. If the request is approved, the student will be released from the Tenancy Agreement. If the tenancy has already started, the student will remain liable for rent up to

    If the student’s chosen course is cancelled: They may request to cancel their tenancy by emailing the Property Manager.
