The cooling-off period ends 21 days before the start date of the contract for all 44-week, 51-week, and single-semester contracts.

Students who defer their studies remain eligible for accommodation. If a student did not enrol during the previous academic year, they will be treated as a new first-year student and may book accommodation for the upcoming academic year through the standard booking process.

Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.

If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation.
