For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. A deposit of £150 needs to be paid in order for you to book your room. 2. This deposit is protected during your stay with the property and as long as your room and communal areas are left in good condition, will be returned in full at the end of your stay.

For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- All tenants will be required to provide a UK-based guarantor if they choose to pay in instalments rather than paying the full rent upfront. A guarantor will be responsible for putting right any breaches of tenancy, including non-payment of rent if the tenant fails to meet the tenancy obligations. If a UK guarantor cannot be provided, tenants may use Housing Hand, an external guarantor service that supports students studying in the UK.
