    If the tenant cancels their tenancy after 01/07/2025 or within 6 weeks of the contract’s start date and before they move into the property, they will be liable for the rent unless a suitable replacement tenant is found to take over the tenancy. Please note: A £50 fee will apply to cover the required changes.
