    If the student’s visa application is rejected, the cancellation request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The refund of the Advance Rent Payment (ARP) is subject to approval by the property after assessment of the circumstances.
  • No Place No Pay
    Applicable only to first-year prospective undergraduate students. Eligible if the offer from the preferred higher education institute is withdrawn. Conditions: Must find a suitable replacement tenant for the remaining tenancy. Replacement tenant must: Be at least 18 years old. Be enrolled as a full-time student at a university near the accommodation. Enter into a tenancy agreement. Pay all dues under the agreement.
  • Replacement Tenant Accepted
    Tenant is responsible for finding a replacement. Replacement tenant must: Be at least 18 years old. Be a full-time student at a nearby university. Sign a tenancy agreement for the remaining term.
